Anyone familiar with or have used G Rods before. Met the owner Glenn Miller today, he said TW started caring his rods.

i have a Charger series in 6'3" MH. It's pretty stiff for my liking. I'm a big fan of Dobyn's Extreme series and just prefer the sensitivity of Dobyns over the G-Rods. They are made with Graphine material and supposed to be nearly unbreakable.

Mark Pack ( lake fork guide ) is a big user of GRods. My fishing partner has a custom Pro Series that he uses for C-Rig and says it's the best Crig rod he's ever thrown.

not sure that helps you.

I've been using his rods for the last 3 years and love them. They are super light and very sensitive. I haven't had a chance to fish with the game changer series yet so can't compare the two for you. Glenn is a great guy and has put a lot of time and hard work into these rods.

I have one of the G-Rod trout spinning rods. It loads up and casts very well, superior workmanship, one of the best I have in that strength, about a medium light as I recall without going and looking. It feels great.

Graphene is for real, not some sort of fad, so adding it to rods is likely going to become more and more popular over time. A fabric matrix one carbon atom thick is going to be hard to beat as I believe it has the greatest strength to weight ratio of any such thing.

My understanding is the new less expensive models are essentially the same rods as the more expensive ones, just less expensive components.
