CC is up 9.5 inches with the latest rains. I've noticed at least some fish moving shallower - from only being on structures 20 ft deep or deeper 2 weeks ago to 17 fow a few days ago to 13 fow yesterday. My guess is they are moving shallower in preparation to spawn, whether up the creeks or on the windy points. Water temp yesterday was 51 degrees.

This rain prob will drop the lake temps significantly. The water coming into the lake is about 40 It will cool down the watershed areas first then move its way down the lake.

Since the end of January through this morning Cedar Creek Lake has gone from being 2 ft low to being 9 1/4 inches low, and it is still rising.

Lake is now 5 inches high and still rising. I suspect this has changed fishing pattern.
