Can't wait. Joe Pool is 1-1/2ft over and rising....Waxahachie is 2" below the spillway and rising....Grapevine is 1-1/2' over conservation pool.

We needed it.....and I want more! I love flipping muddy brush.

I doubt Rayburn got the same amount as up North.

I would love to see it fill back up.

Thanks, Billy

Rayburn takes a lot more rain than this to really make a jump. I figure it'll catch 1-2ft depending on weekends rain. Toledo has a bigger watershed plus if fork dumps water it also catches it. Toledo will catch another foot but they will let most out due to flood issues around 172. Just can't hold it like Rayburn can unfortunately

8" high on Lake Athens, this without a major river system supplying additional water.

Rayburn is up almost 1/2 ft from last week. Imagine it will be at that point tomorrow.

What will it do to fishing Sunday? That's a lot of cold water going into the lakes.

I wish I had enough water here to be able to flip some bushes. When the lake is above pool how do you go about narrowing down where they will be? The few times I have fished flooded lakes I have never had luck finding a consistent bite.

Actually other than (3) historic crests on Toledo in the last 20 years, the SRA normally does a very good job of maintaining it near 172 if and when it gets there. Of course you also need the weather to cooperate.
