Right now truck tows boat trailer almost perfectly level. Wondering if there's an advantage to having it tow bow-high, that it might make it easier to launch on shallow-angle (i.e., not steep) ramps. And if easier, how much higher should the hitch be? ?
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

Some people say it better for towing to be a little nose down. Does help with sway. Level is what I would do. Don't think you are going to gain anything at the ramp by having it nose up.

Single or double axle trailer? Level for double axle. Maybe slightly nose down for single axle.

The truck hitch should be level with the mid point of your shin. That way you know it when you walk into it in the dark
