Try the Keep Austin Fishing Facebook page. You should find plenty of information on there.

Red Bud Isle is my #1. Lived their for almost 3 years( March 2013 -Janurary 2016)and it is really an underrated city for bass fishing. Course I lived their before Lake Austin was infested with Grass Carp but when I was down their I was in middle school and I'd wake up s=Saturday mornings and walked to lake Austin only a block away and it was the so clear I was sight fishing most of the time. However best bank fishing is Red Bud Isle most definitely. I had a friend who was part of that Big Bass Dreams and he was catching 8+ their consistently....It was like every other day! Barton Creek is about to get hot as well for spawn. Small Swimbaits(3"-6"), silent cranks and T-Rigged watermelon plastics are the best.
