I'm posting this here because I want a lot of people to read this. I broke a pair of 580s, sent them into Costa, and they sent me a new pair. I only had to pay $12 for shipping and handling. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Was it a manufactor problem or was it like a broken frame or lense? It has costed me 100 to get a shattered lense fixed but if its their fault like the polarization coming off its a lot cheeper.
