What is the best map to put on your phone that will show contours and live GPS locations.

Check out the Navionics app, it also has several add-ons to enhance the mapping as well, so I would recommend the Navionics app with the Nav+ add on so that you can have the sonar chart layer. Check out the webapp mentioned above on your PC and you can view the same data that is available on the phone app before spending any money, if you toggle the button in the bottom left corner to turn on the sonar chart layer, that is showing you the data that I mentioned by doing the Nav+ add on.
