Unfortunately, I gained 7 lbs. I'm at it again, though. Started today! I will have to ease into the exercise portion due to my injury I sustained on the slopes during Christmas.

I am eating no sugar no grain and am so used to it I don't really even consider eating the way I used to.
google #nsng and read up on Vinnie Tortorich...he's a bit of a freak but his way looking at what you eat is spot on in my opinion.
I eat all meat, veggies, low sugar fruits, a few types of nuts, full fat dairy and coffee/Tea - add a bunch of water too.
Do drink I moved to whiskey and ice or Titos and Topo-Chico with real lime.
I am down 30 pounds - have way more energy and aches have gone away (attribute that to getting many of the Lectins out of my diet as well).

It's nice to see and feel those results! Congrats!

Was lucky enough not to put any on at all. Actually continued losing weight all through the holidays. I allowed myself to cut loose a little a day around each holiday but did not get crazy with it.

Keep up the good work, get the core nice and slim, and the entire body limber.
Old age, weight and body aches, stay away!

That’s awesome K47!! How? Carefully eliminated sugar and anything that turns to sugar in my body to turn my body into a fat burning machine. Eating Meats of all kinds - fat content is up to you. Full Dairy products - no non-fat dairy, butter, greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream in my coffee All Vegies Lots of low sugar fruits I will eat beans occasionally but if you read up on beans they are loaded with lectins which I am staying away from. Sure I want my pasta occasionally - last night I went to Brio and had veal with a veggie medley and cauliflower risotto and it was awesome...didn't even think about asking for a bite of pasta. I am over the foods cuz I see what cutting them can do. Getting rid of hunger (sugar causes hunger - its true) and sugar highs have been fantastic. I can't imagine what will happen when I start working out (I'm a lazy azz!). That is the next step - going to start rowing this week and working out with my own body weight.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.
