Who is a believer in this bait? Seems like something that would get hung up in rocks and full of grass.

I use a ned rig way too often. It never fails to catch fish, although they are often small. I have caught some decent fish on them though. My favorite bait are the Yamamoto 3" Fat Senko. They definitely get hung up quite a bit, but they catch fish.

Just started fishing them last year and they are great small mouth getters.

Yep, it works better for smallmouth for some reason. Not sure why. And dinks too.

I fish the 4" TRD a lot this time of year. Use the weedless TRD head and fish it slow-slow slow. Very little
hang up/snags for me.

Not sure it's all about dinks, fished it some this summer with quite a few from 2 1/2 to 4. One 7 and change.

The ned rig has been a staple in my winter time arsenal. It has definitely saved me from getting skunked on several occasions. The biggest bass I've caught this year came on a ned rig, the smaller version, and went nine and change.

I bought these molds with the Ned rig in mind + drop shot. What do You Ned rig guys think about them? They are 3.5 inchs long & taper down to a skinny tail.
