How do you feel about Illegal Immigration? Those are invasive species too. There's a different forum for politics, but I will note that whether or not they are legal or illegal is ultimately irrelevant. In the context of an invasive species, they are non-native and therefore invasive. Illegal aliens tend to fish illegally so this is the appropriate sub forum.

Zm are not a big deal to lake... HUGE GIANT NASTY EXSPENSIVE deal to infrastructure... the cities water lines have massive maintnaice increase with them
Carp are bad... keep them out imho...
The only invasive i advocate is hydrilla. Never seen or heard of a lake it hurt Hmmm, ok, so are you saying that zebra mussels purifying our drinking water befor manmade purification is a bad thing just because old water lines (that probably needed replacing many years ago) that dont have appropriate coatings to stop the zebra mussels is a bad thing for society, because it causes water municipalities to do what should have been done years ago...ie., update lines, screen, equipment?

And that, Joey, is why you always leave your motor out of the water if you keep it in a slip.
