Looking for some good Fly Fishing day trips!
Where are some good stream, creeks or rivers within a 1 hour drive from Dallas? I'm familiar with all the lakes, just looking for some moving water. or ponds that are full of perch, brim, blue gill..

I assume you know about white rock creek Search the bank fishing section for other spots All the lakes have creeks that feed them and some of that is on public land Google earth is your friend to find them

Don't know of a single pond that isn't at least full of gills and bass. You can literally pick what looks best on google satelite view that's close to you and just go, as long as it has public access which you can usually tell from the map...
