Butter too. Its now been said that butter is better for us than margarine. Its always been butter for us. Salted butter.

Im a very low to no carb guy, ive not heard of coconut flour, looking into it cook it 1st & then add pizza stuff if you use it for tortillas, just do it like you always do

i make coconut flour tortillas & pizza crust Almond Flour is also awesome!

i make coconut flour tortillas & pizza crust Almond Flour is also awesome! Yes it is but good grief it's expensive! I generally use this when pan frying a pork chop or chicken - and also on Veal...it is amazing and a small bag really goes a long way.

Oh heck yes... I eat all proteins for the most part.
Meat Full Fat Dairy Veggies lower sugar fruits Some Nuts Occassional Legumes
Its really pretty easy after you make the change....Almond crusted Veal Scaloppini with mushrooms, lemon butter or marinara, spagetti squash and a potabella - YUM.

Wife has been making a mac and cheese in which you still use cheese but much less of it and mix it with cauliflower you put into a food processor, its actually pretty dang good.
