Hello to all
I am needing help with an issue that I am having. When running my Legend boat with the steering wheel trim, I lose all powerto the console. The trim on the steering wheel and on the throttle do not work nor do all the gauges. The depth finders and trim on the motor works. The kill switch is plugged in. When I move the motor with the trim on it, I get power once again to the console then I adjust the trim and lose it again. Any ideas or suggestions? I have looked for any loose wires but have not found any.

What happens if you just use throttle trim switch?

When you say console, are we talking all gauges? What about your touch pad/toggle switches? Are they all working?

I just went through something similar. Found corroded wiring under console. Cleaned up connections and all is good now

Checking for corrosion as stated above is a good and quick idea. Also, one of the trim switches may be shorted to ground. Disconnect your steering wheel trim switch and then see what happens using the throttle trim sw.
