I cant seem to figur this control panel out and cant find a manual for an 07 LE-21.
Bilge: When I press A ( I assume for auto) the bilge comes on. When I press M (I assume for Manual) it doesnt come on. the boat is out of the water so no water in the boat. Aerator: when I choose A for auto the thing comes on and runs for atleast 5 min. Is there a timer that can be changed for run times?
I would post a picture of the controll board I have but for some reason I still cannot post pictures.

You have two bilge pumps (one automated and one manual). You also have two pumps for your livewell. One pumps in new water. The other one has a hourglass on it. That is your livewell system. It can be either manual (which runs constantly, or you can push it to auto which will switch on and off).

One last thing, well for now.
I cannot keep my livewell from draining. The recirculation valve feels like it is working but I cannot find the valve anywhere and hope it is not under the tank.

I cannot keep my livewell from draining. The recirculation valve feels like it is working but I cannot find the valve anywhere and hope it is not under the tank. There's 2 drains. one on the bottom in the very middle of the livewell, and there's a overflow drain on top. the overflow drain is hard to see. you have to stick your head in to see it. If you're on the water, you should always have that bottom drain plugged. the overflow drain will only drain water when the water level reaches a certain level. It will also drain a bit when you are up on plane. I personally leave that top overflow drain undone, and just keep the livewell on auto. It will only drain when you're on plane. If i'm not moving for awhile and the live well has good water in it, i'll turn the livewell fill off instead of auto.

How do you plug the lower center drain? It has a screen.
Is the recirc/pump out lever for the top or bottom drain?
