Just upgraded to the terrova. Looking for ideas to cover up my recessed foot tray since the foot pedal is much shorter. I had my tray installed while the carpet was being replaced so i have carpet over it as well. Dimensions of tray (with carpet) are 9.25"W x 12"L (bottom) 16"L (top) x 3.75D. Any ideas? Thanks

A piece of aluminum that dimension over the top with the new foot control mounted to it. Some have even used hinge and velcro to have access to it for small storage.

Any idea as to how thick the aluminum plate is?

1/8" should be all that you would need.
