I may be in the wrong section here, but i am having problems keeping my crank battery charged. I'm running two Helix 10's and two 12's, livewell, and the biggest friggin battery anybody makes. Have tried gel and now back to regular battery. If i run all 4 graphs and livewells and fish, don't run around, i have little to no crank battery by the end of the day. Is anyone using the Stealth system, and if yes will it help me with this problem...meaning does it throw more charge amps back to the battery than my big motor alternator, or similar and I'm wasting my money on the system?

I use a separate deep cycle battery for all my accessories. Then a dedicated cranking battery. Then another separate deep cycle for my trolling motor.

Those accessories use a lot of juice- too much to risk the big motor not cranking when I need it to!

just find a good portable solar screen to lay on the back deck while fishing. it'll push power to the batts from the sun

another tip i have heard is to turn your backlighting on the graph to a few clicks. dont run them all on 100% brightness.

Couple options... dedicated battery for electronics and one for cranking. Put graphs into sleep mode at console when fishing. Get a Trojan 31 series or Odyssey. Tons of cca/mca and reserve capacity. You get what you pay for in those quality batteries. I've had no issues with Duracell AGM 31 from Sam's club.

The best answer is to contact Stealth 1 @ 888-588-4506. I use the Stealth system in my boat but as far as I know it does not do anything to help charge your cranking battery.

What battery are you running? When fishing do you put your console Helix graphs on stand by? Or shut them down? I have a similar set up, 3 Helix 12s, and never run into an issue.

Check and see what big boys do, they run a gaggle of graphs.

I am running the big Interstate that they sell right now, literally told them give me the biggest baddest crankin battery you make (not a gel). I do try to put graphs on stand by when I am not using them, but I don't always. DEFMP what battery are you using?

This is correct. I have one. It charges the cranking battery first then the trolling batteries when the big motor is running.

Based on what you are saying it would not help you. The only option would be to get an additional battery or distribute the load among the other ones. You could also reduce usage ad mentioned above

You need deep cycle, not a big bad$$$ cranking battery for your graphs and trolling motor.
