Available starting sometime next week - 2006 Basscat Cougar for sale. Repowered in 2010 with a Yamaha S.H.O. 250. Has around 135 hrs at the moment. Right now the boat is at Sandy Creek Marina, they are finishing putting in new cylinders from the voluntary recall Yamaha did on these motors. Everything looked perfect when they took it apart, no metal shavings or any issues at all, it has had regular service an runs like a top, never made oil, but Yamaha was offering a replacement on these through Dec of 2017 so I took it in right at the deadline to take advantage of that. The motor will now have 1yr of warranty on anything related to these parts. Also while it is there, they have done complete lower unit service, new pump, seals, oil, and that entails. And, I had new plugs put in the motor at my expense and also they are replacing the hydraulic cylinder on the steering system and new oil and maintenance on that. They found it had some wear and needed replacing. About $2k worth of things out of pocket to get the boat in 100% great shape. The boat will have the first break in hour done on the new motor - your opportunity to break it in, and if no immediate sale I will do the next two hours of break-in to get past the critical first three hours myself in the next week or two.

This boat has been garage kept and has been maintained to the upmost over the 10yrs I have had it, I am only owner, & treated it extremely well. All features work, a lot of the stuff has been upgraded over the years too as new things have become available. Everything is listed below. The boat will be in Lubbock, although a serious buyer might could meet me in Breckenridge next week when I go pick her up from there. The only picture I have at the moment is a couple yrs old and power pole is no longer installed but will give you an idea of the coloring, the boat is red and silver with a black hull bottom, grey carpet and seats. Unfortunately the umbrella doesn't come with it. Haha.

Will post some more and better pictures when I pick it up and give it a wash from the dust I'm sure it has on it from the shop. Priced to sell at $25,000 firm - titles in hand. It pains me to sell but as a small business owner things have been down this year - and the Alternative Minimum Tax it's looking like I am owing on March 1, is going to need me to free up some cash flow and downsize.

Nice boat.

Will a transferable warranty be available for the SHO, and until when?
