On behalf of the Illustrious Action team, Russell Olds, Matt Jackson, Arturo Murga, Drew Sloan and myself we want to THANK all of the people who came out and visited with us at the Fun N Sun show this past weekend. Being our debut for the company we were not sure how it was going to be but all I can say is that we were blown away by the response to our products. It has taken quite a while to get to this point but we went into the show just hoping to get some feedback from customers on our products. Instead the response was overwhelming. We sold out of the majority of products we brought out and people seemed to really be receptive to our concepts of making quality baits for the anglers. The weather turned out really great for the weekend and the crowd was really big all 3 days and especially for a Sunday which is when you would think it would be really winding down we had such a blast with all of the young High School anglers that were at the show. I always like visiting with all the regular anglers that have been around a while but there is nothing like seeing a young person, guys and girls, looking with wide eye's and really researching the baits. It is also so great to be involved with Arturo who has done all of our illustration work on our packaging. Him having his artwork also brought a lot of people by. We also had a great time visiting with Alton Jones who was at our booth a lot of the time not only buying some artwork but also interested in some of our lures. What a really great guy and ambassador of the sport. We are still in the beginning stages of the company but because of the great show that Fun N Sun put on again this was a jump off to the company that more than met expectations.
