We've decided we love Lake Fork so much we want to buy a more permanent residence on the lake. Therefore, we've decided to sell our Athens Park Model Home in Bridgeview. Most feel Bridgeview is one of the nicest best kept parks on the lake. Our owner just built a beautiful new boat dock with cleaning station, grounds are always immaculate, beautiful common areas, lighted fishing pier, on site ownership, very nice very quiet group of homeowners, private boat dock right across from Lake Fork Resort, best breakfast on the lake.

Our park home comes fully furnished, queen bed, pull out queen couch, rocker, dinette set, wicker coffee table, flat screen TV, DISH, fully stocked kitchen, all plates/glasses/silverware stay, there's even beer in the fridge. Home has a very nice treated deck, LED red outside lights for bugs, storage unit, patio furniture, new grill. The place is immaculate. This is an opportunity for you to come right in, be ready for the spawn on Fork, and have to only buy toothpaste and a few more beers.

Annual lease is $2200, but will be paid prior to the sale. electric runs from $40-60 a month. Dish runs from $40-100 depending on package. Asking $33,250. I am happy to show the place but only to interested buyers, please no tire kickers. Any questions, call Blake at 469-766-8556.

Other pics available. Not sure why one is sideways and I couldn't turn it!!! SORRY!!

A lot of the RV park owners say that the SRA won't let you stay on the SRA lease back more than 120 to 180 days a year. I was told this same thing by a park owner, so I went to the SRA at Lake Fork and asked them and found out that it is strictly up to the park owner. The RV park owners just use the SRA as an excuse for their crappy rules.

Bridgeview allows 120 days per year, which is every weekend and another week. Yes, the point is to keep people from living there, having a relatively inexpensive residence. Most parks that allow year round tend to be far less nice. Take a look at 99% of the parks on Cedar Creek and many on Fork. Drive through the ones who do allow owners to live in them and I assure you, they don't exactly have nearly the curb appeal. I bought the place to spend a few nights a month, so it works great for me. My issue is we have a big family and want to have kids, grandkids, etc. to the house, so we(MY WIFE) wants more room.

What are the options for parking a boat when staying there? I’d prefer not to leave it in the water.

Plenty of room for leaving one out front. Two easily accessible plugs. Had a bass boat and pontoon out front at one point but could only park one vehicle out front at that point

We just found a lot and made an offer, to build our new lake house, soon to be retirement home, on Fork. So, I really need to sell this place. I've decided to lower the price to $29,900. Very few park homes at anywhere near this price that I've seen, particularly in immaculate condition. Not only am I lowering the price to $29,500, if we close on the house and deck by May 1, 2018, I will throw in a half day guided trip with the LF guide of your choice, up to $450 for the trip.

I doubt that you will find an RV with deck that is nearly as nice and stable as this Athens Park Model at Bridgeview, for anywhere near the price. Happy to show the house or can ask the owner of Bridgeview to show the property.

Thank You!!
