T,P,& W has really upgraded this program this year with new categories, awards, etc. In addition to the 13 pound and over category, they have added other categories down to 8 pounds. As I read it, they offer testing results on individual fish scales sent in from qualifying fish...something which could be most interesting to pond folks. I've always wanted to put one of my pond bass in this program and have a great shot at it this year, having caught a 12.5 pounder Thanksgiving which had zero spawn characteristics. Here's my first entry caught today...but hopefully not last. This one went 8 pounds and 24 inches which meets the new lunker category...but still looking for that 13 plus pounder. Post 'em up!  [/url]

Moving up...gradually. Got this 8.3 and 24.5 inch fish today along with two other 8 pound class fish. The clock is definitely clicking on this "season"
