Has anyone fished it in the last couple of weeks? Looks like discharge has been near or below 50 for awhile. Was wondering if it's even fishable; doesn't look like enough water to me. Last year during this time I think we were normally seeing at least 100.

Any thoughts or guidance is much appreciated.

I've been out there a few times recently. The flow is low but it's fishable. Grey hare's ear nymph and prince nymphs worked.

When the trout are really hungry I've caught them on some unusual flies but I have never had luck on them with olive buggers. Yellow sallys, chartreuse crazy charlies, carp candy, etc have all worked but not olive buggers. Not for me at least.

It was slow out there this morning. Once the wind started blowing the trout started hitting dry blue-winged olives. I got a "freight train" hit on a brown chironomid and it broke my 7x tippet. After that they weren't interested in that fly.

What size fly are you fishing? I’ve been a couple times and had a little luck on blue wing olives but no luck on anything else.

The first BWO that I tied on was a an 18 when the wind first picked up. Once the wind died down I switched to size 22.
