How did yours do in 2017 compared to......

Dow >25.5%
SP 500 >20.2%
NASDAQ >29.9%

Mine averaged 21.4% and 21.82% respectfully. Obviously would have preferred being a little closer to 24% range, but certainly not complaining.

Rocked and rolled. Last four years have been lucrative to say the least.

It was a banner year, not sure on exact percentage, but it was great... Moved several 100 to a annuity for the retirement plan... And protect it from a crash, if that's possible.. On a very very aggressive 3 1/2 yr plan to close it all out once my wife is Medicare qualified... thumb winning

Not as good as 2009, but a pretty decent year. Been good for awhile now. About time for a collapse since I'm about a year out from being able to draw on it. roflmao

26.3% all rolled up. Didn't do anything fancy. I mostly own standard vanguard funds.

22.38%. I don't self manage mine. I figure T Rowe Price knows more about it than me.

I need a few more years like 2017 and I might be able to buy a little boat gas when I retire.

I like to call it "sudden expertism".

I manage my own account. My mutual funds averaged close to 20% last year.

Loser - EPD, -3%
Winner Harris Corp (HRS), +40%

Noticed that today, the EPD price is getting closer to what I bought it for. Wish I had bought more when it was $24. I love that quarterly dividend check.
