This was flashed on the screen during the 6 o'clock news and darling wife was making so much noise getting ice out of the icemaker, I didn't hear a single word of it. Anyone know what's going on?

It's freaking cold!! Fish tend to congregate in to deep holes. Making them easy pickings. Baffin bay water temps is 43.3 and that can make some fish act stunned, so they can be easily netted. Fish kill off from a prolong freeze can davastate populations. So they are trying to protect the fishies. Now I think we should ask for a pro rated refund for the 2 days of fishing we paid for!!
