Hit the water at daylight with 4 fishermen to do a little deadsticking. Fish were biting as soon as we stopped at the first spot. caught about 20 or so. kept 4 and 1 real nice sandie on the deadstick. released the rest to fight again. largest maybe 6-7 pounds. fished 3 different spots.

beautiful sunrise.

Thanks Mike. I had a great teacher for sure. They were in all the other spots you mentioned for to fish.

I will text you tomorrow with the some pics of the actual colors I had and one that caught half the fish. Its in the boat and I am not going back out there today.

When you say 'on the deadstick', what do you mean? Just letting the jig / slab sit still in the water?
