What are your calories coming from? For instance, I cannot eat more than 50 grams of carbs a day, or I'll put on weight, or at least won't lose. Now, carbs from fruits and veggies are different than those from processed foods, but I still limit it to 50. I've also cut out white flour and sugar. I've lost 12 pounds in a month just doing that.

Also, you need to calculate your BMR and daily caloric intake needs.
