Is it possible to put too many brushpiles in an area for catching? Seems like 10 piles 2 foot apart on the end of a point may make the finding of fish more difficult. Those same 10 piles 20 foot apart up the point would be more productive and provide better habitat for movement of fish. This came up yesterday when I watched new brush piled put on top of old brush on a ridge, the sides and other end are structureless.

I believe it can spread them out too much and make them harder to catch. The more area they have to be in, the less of a chance for you to put a jig in front of them.
