 converting lowrance to hummingbird does not convert all

I have exported my waypoints from Lowrance Gen 3 touch to SD card
My Humminbird PC will not convert all points it only converts the older points I've used version 3,4,and 5 on export deleted all trails any one have any suggestions

Have you tried saving them as a gpx file?
