Are there any recommendations for an online shop that you know uses USPS, particularly Priority Mail? I typically buy all my gear from Orvis, but they dont ship USPS. Ive even tried amazon, but some of their vendors wont ship to APO.
Thanks.

I know this isn't exactly the answer you're looking for, but out of curiosity, have tried calling in or e-mailing your order with special instructions to ship USPS? I think if you included the fact that you need it to get to a military base, they would be glad to accommodate you even if costs a few bucks extra. With that said, I have had incredible experiences shopping with Trident Fly Fishing out of Maine, I would be willing to bet they will do whatever is needed to accommodate. https://www.tridentflyfishing.com

I am unable to complete the checkout process due to the address. I even thought about calling the local shop and paying over the phone, but dont want to have to ask the guys to make a special trip to the post office and do a customs form.
Ill create a basket at trident and see how it goes. Thanks!

Cabela's will ship to an APO. Go to Cabela's home page, drop down to bottom of page in right hand corner and look under Customer Service. Go to FAQ's. Instructions for APO/FPO shipping is on page 14 of Frequently Asked Questions. Also tcoflyfishing.com will ship to APO. Also tightlinesflyshop.com. Also look at Bass Pro under Customer Service/FAQ, on page 6.
Another option is Amazon: look under Shipping and Delivery/ General Shipping.
I know these companies will ship to APO addresses. I would presume most of the major online stores will, but you would have to contact them to find out.

Awesome, thanks for all of the responses. The big stores like Cabelas and BP had a few items that were drop ship items that are UPS only. Amazon I had the same issues, Amazon wasnt the one filling the order.
Saltwaterflies is just what Im looking for. Thanks!
