I get some plain old sour cream, Add prepared horseradish until you like the bite and then season with a little garlic salt. That's it and super easy.

3 Parts sour cream, 1 part Hellmanns, 1 part horse radish, a squirt of lemon juice, and I like to add a little heavy crean to adjust the texture. I usually give it a dash of sugar.
The amount of all ingredients can be modified to suit your taste.

You can buy all the stuff to make this...

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated fresh horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Or you can spend a couple of bucks and buy a jar of Inglehoffer Cream Style Horseradish and save yourself the time and hassle of making it yourself. grin
