Heading to South Texas for the week was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place for me to stop to try some stocked winter trout fishing . I'll be heading from Dallas to South Padre , I'd be grateful for any advice about place to try .

Try Huaco Springs off of River Road just outside New Braunfels.
