I have a 250 SHO running a Yamaha T1 25P Prop. I need to have it sent to Steve's Custom Props to get some damage repaired. Does anyone know what the most inexpensive stainless prop would be to have as a spare while I get mine re-worked?? Maybe something in a 26P that would perform OK as a back up?
Thanks Much!!

If it's just temporary why would you not run an aluminum prop?

Thanks for the info guys. When I say inexpensive, I mean something off brand or used. The BBC board is a good suggestion. Also, the 300 used bravo 1 sounds pretty good, but I won't be in Dallas for awhile. As for aluminum, those suckers are so easy to bend, I'm afraid I would hit a small stick running on plane the first time out and destroy it. It still might be an option if I can't find a stainless that works. I'll ask Josh if they have a used one in the shop.

A dinged up fury is dime a dozen these days lol. A 26p fury performs better than any Yamaha prop I've tried

Big thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to try and order a prop today so I can have one to run while Josh is fixing mine up. I still have to make the call to Josh and look on BBC. I have found two sub 300 dollar props and would like some opinions. I don't really know much about props, so I need to know if either of these props would work. Solas 4 blade 25P. Good or bad? Michigan Ballistic 3 blade. Good or bad?

Have you considered just asking Josh what he would recommend as prop for your rig? Unless you feel that your current prop is perfect, why not spend the money on a new better prop as opposed to fixing the current one AND buying a less than desirable prop??

If it's just temporary why would you not run an aluminum prop? Cause the torque from that motor will sling a blade off an aluminum prop right quick.. Then you could have a serious problem.. How long does it take to fix your original prop, Steve always had me up and going in a few days or less.

That's a good question Astra. The Yamaha T1 is 800 dollars. It'll cost me around 160 to fix it. I've wanted a spare prop to take with me in case this happens again in the future. So, for me, it makes sense to go ahead and get the spare prop while Josh fixes my T1. Then, I'll have two props for ~$460.
