 Issue with Lowrance 4.5 update

I'm new to Lowrance so I'm sure it's user error. When I try to download the 4.5 update for my HDS 12s I get this. Any suggestions?

Try a different web browser and see if you get the same error.

It's doing it with safari, chrome, and explorer.
