Has anyone have any experience with this brand. Looking for entra level kayak. I have read some reviews online but really don't trust that kind of review.

I used a Heritage Redfish 12 from 2011 to 2014 and I had no issues with it for bass fishing. It was a simple, sturdy ride with an "open" layout (I'm 5'10"/170) that made it comfortable and customizable. I wouldn't say it was fast, but it moved pretty well. It was definately pretty heavy duty. I only got rid of it because I moved and my new apartment had less storage, so I needed a more compact kayak. Overall, it was a good fishing kayak and I would probably say it's 4/5 stars with the only negative attribute being that it doesn't have a lot of the advanced specialty features.
