Grapevine
Brother and me hit grapevine. Tried shallow, deep and in between = tough day. Few stray whites but nothing else. Anyone else catch any nearby after the front?

Was on on Lewisville between 12:30-430pm. Same deal.
I had spoken to at lest 4 other boats who shared the same.
I seem to be picking all the wrong days.

I was on Lewisville from 7:30AM-2PM and managed a couple small fish. I had been doing well with several fish over 4lbs the last couple weeks and good #'s. Yesterday was super tough.

Red Oak, Galveston, and Pagosa...
I caught around 13-14 today on Waxahachie. Two really good ones and a bunch of small fish. The bigger fish were caught off of shallow structure that was around 3-6ft. The smaller fish were caught on c rig on ledges running between 10-20ft.

I even caught a giant crappie flipping structure. It measured 15". Had the entire Biffle bug and 3/0 Trokar flipping hook in its mouth. I first thought it was a drum because it actually had some pull to it.

Yesterday, I caught two overs in Pool and a few good ones to go with them. All of those came from 20ft or so.

Edit.... on wax, the bigger fish came from the upper 1/4 of the lake, the smaller fish were main lake. On Joe Pool, all the fish came from the lower end (main lake).

Eat. Sleep. Fish.

I fished Grapevine 11/19. Tougher than it has been. All fish I caught were in 4-8ft of water. First five were tiny, then a bunch of 13-15 inch fish, except two 16 inch smallies around 2pm. Bite got better from 11am on, so not sure how long you guys fished. All on smallish soft plastics but one on a red trap. Most on rock but some on flooded bushes.
