Would you rather buy a boat that has a motor with 350 hours and never had a new powerhead needed or a boat with 350 hours that had a new powerhead installed that now has over 60 hours on it?

Depends on how the original motor has been treated and who did the work on the rebuilt motor. I would do a compression check and leak down check on both motors and go from there.

Buy extended warranty on the boat motor that is on the cleaner, better taken care of boat.
