Will be travelling to LA for a tournament going out of the Red River Marina South in Bossier City. Can anyone suggest a good place to stay for a week? Please message me with any recommendations. Thanks!

We rented a house that is less than 10 minutes from the Red River south for Bass Champs. The problem is you can't keep your boat in the driveway or on the street because of HOA rules. SO, we used a really great storage business on the way from the house to the ramp and kept it there. He provided plugs and security and let us in and out whenever we wanted. I think the house was like $179/night. Has 3 bedrooms.

Thanks for the replies. We would prefer to stay in a house for more space due to the longer length of stay. Is the Highland area safe and reasonably close to the Marina?

Not sure where the Highland area is but when I searched for homes to rent out there for our tournament that was the only one we could find anywhere close to the Marina. So despite not being able to park the boats there it works out ok for us.

Incorrect, There are North Higlands, Highlands, and South Highlands in Shreveport. But, each of these areas is a mix, just depends on the street.
However, Bossier is MUCH "safer" as a rule over Shreveport. Especially anything South or North of the City.

Call around and find out who leases R V 's. have them set it up at the marina or at cash point marina. Best way to keep everything in one spot.

I only new it all as Highlands, it was above my pay grade! And yes stay in Bossier!
