Fished Bridgeport yesterday(Friday) for most of the day. Went with the intension of concentrating up the rivers. The Trinity and Big Creek were absolute mud holes(dirty) so we ended up fishing more towards the main lake. Fish were definitely not concentrated anywhere I could find but we caught quite a few by covering a lot of ground moving down steep banks with squarebill cranks. I knew the Zebra Mussels were in Bridgeport but with the water being almost 4' low now I was amazed at the amount of mussels covering the exposed rocks. Some places a couple inches thick like barnacles on the rocks at the ocean. Not predicting the end of the world and even some actual benefits but just an observation of how thick they were.

We get our raw water from Bridgeport.
Its been a battle keeping our Inlet filter screen clean.
I can only imagine what the pipeline looks like.

Was on Bridgeport yesterday. Why did they drop the lake, what looks to be 3-4 feet? Water looked pretty good where I fished yesterday. Although, everywhere that I have been catching fish is out of the water now.

This is site specific. I work at a Power plant and we use the water from bridgeport to make De-mineralized water which we use in our boilers to make steam for our steam turbines.

The zebra muscles will level off. We've been battling them for years in Ohio... They come in strong but level off... Dan

Because Eagle Mt owns the water. Before drought they never kept it above 10 low. So to me 10 low is basically full lol. Hope everyone enjoyed all the bushes and trees that was fishable last couple years.
