Just wanted to give some feedback on Charlies Outboard in Alvarado. Recently I bought a boat and within a month the motor was down a cylinder. I Went to Charlies Outboard and met with Justin and his Dad. They took the blown motor in as a trade and rebuilt a 250xs for my boat at a great price. There were a few bugs to work out on the motor and some of them occurred after warranty. They took care of me like you would expect a family owned business to do if not more so. I've dealt with boat dealerships for repairs before and have always had a feeling that they were trying to get more $$ out of me and that my boat wasn't really a priority. At Charlies Outboard I felt the opposite, I am glad I found them and have a go to place when I need it. I highly recommend these guys if you need a trustworthy shop.

Only guys in the area that I will let touch my Mercs. Keith and Justin are as sharp as they come and have always got me taken care of, and then some.

I've used Charlies out board for around 15 years and I'll tell you that I will not go to another shop after having them work on my boat. As far as I'm concerned they have earned my business and many others business just because they are up front and honest people to deal with. Could not ask for no better than them at the shop.

Finally, good news from a repair shop! Happy to hear there are some honest ones out there!!!

Charlie and family are good people. I drove from Lewisville and passed up a bunch of places to take my boat to Charlie's. I was not disappointing. I'll be doing business with them again.

They have always done great work. Been around for years. Good honest folks.

I've known Keith all my life. Charlie and Keith are good, honest people. Not often you see 3 generations working together. Only people I let touch my boats.

The whole family are good friends of ours and Fun-n-Sun and The Prater's have done business with each other for 30 years. Very reputable, honest family.
