Water outlet and intake on the south end.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I don't have to go to school or work. I get an allowance every month. I don't have a curfew, I have a drivers license,a PU truck and I have a bass boat.

I think this post is referring to the fact that starting in the fall through the winter the lake gets very busy and you can end up parking quite a bit away from the lake.

Now that I retired I will not fish Welsh on the weekends or even on Friday's.

Monti has actually been "off line" from a consistent winter generating/fishing standpoint for a long time.

Yes sir, that's what I meant. I'm right there with ya. I stay away from there on the weekend.

Welsh is cold right now, 71 degrees yesterday, no smoke coming from any of the stacks...
