I am and I don't even care if I get a bite. I'm gonna let it warm up a few degrees and head out around 10am. It's gonna be a beautiful, my-kinda-weather day! Be safe out there.....

I'd normally be jealous... but after 2 days of catching on Fork I'm sore as heck today. LOL Go get some good ones Okie, feels like a smallmouth kind of day outside.

Not me I have to make a trip to Midland / Odessa coming home Wednesday when I leave there I'm heading to my lake house at PK. I love to fish before the week end warriors get there.

I wish I was but will be at Fork Thursday getting ready for Berkley. I can't wait to retire so I don't have to deal with all that BS that goes on the weekends.

Fished Lavon, zeroed for the 9th time out of the last 10 trips. I don't think there are bass left in the lake. Still doing fine crappie fishing, but absolutely no clue where bass are.
There are no fish in sonic pond EDIT: Except 1 20lb catfish

I caught 14-15....biggest was only around 3 pounds. Caught em on a Rayburn red 2-tap, watermelon lizard in a c rig, and some good ones on a top water frog. The traps were drug over grass in 2-4 ft of water. The c rig was on drop offs at 22-25 ft. The frog was getting hit slow hopping it through the middle of brush stick-ups. Literally were biting in all depths.
Beautiful day on the water. Cool, calm, and I was the only boat on the water.

Fishing was terrible for me yesterday. But I enjoyed every minute of it. I tried to make it better and figure them out, but couldn't. I still left the lake with a smile on my face. Thank you for the beautiful day.

Picking the boat up from shop where it has been for two weeks. Headed to the lake to test it out and don't care if they bite or not.
