Here is a cool pic of what it looks like when three (3) large fish go after a bait ball. Notice how the bait scatter but stay in a ball formation.
This came from my Solix 12 Mega.

I was out yesterday doing some graphing on Lake Lewisville. I wanted to check out the old fish farm plantation from back in the day. You can see a school of fish in the 1st trough. Humminbird Mega Imagings brings out the best images I have ever come across.

What Is this?? Seeing it all over the lake. I have adjusted every setting I know on DI and it just shows this clutter. Is it because lavon has stained water? Particles floating and causing spots?

To me it looks like a few fish around some small bottom structure (on the sonar) and the DI doesn't even look like it's looking at the same water

Any of you guys with a helix 5 KVD wanna share some settings? On hard rock bottoms I can see large rocks and such, but muddy bottoms with brush I can't make much out. May see what looks like a brush pile on sonar but on DI won't come up or very light if at all.

Very nice scans... what unit are you running? I want a Solix so bad but $3500....just wow...... that's a big boys unit fer sure.....

Palettes are COLORS. Choose a color that you can see the best and shows the best detail.

They are a range of color choices that you can use to view your images. Some can really make certain images POP! Others not so much.
