Headed there for the first time this weekend and want to know if the lake is easy to run. I know there's quite a bit of timber on this lake and I know the upper end of the lake is full of timber, and I do have Navionics on my units. My main concern is running from Blackrock Park to the area around Burnet County Park. Am I ok if I just stay in the channel?

Thanks for any info.

Kyle

Buch is at 1016 so almost full. Stay in Channel. Shouldn't have any problems. Why not just put in at Burnet Cnty?

Thanks for the response. I just wanna know that I can run the whole lake in case I decide the fishing on the upper end of the lake stinks; just a personal preference.
