Looking for some areas to flounder gig around Galveston or Sabine Pass if anyone has any info. Thanks

I've been trying to gig the past 6 or 7 times I've been in Freeport yet to gig any. But I also have no idea where to go

park at the old Fat Boy's ramp at Tiki Island and walk the shoreline towards Bayou Vista or walk down the RR tracks and try around the 3 RR bridges.

I made a couple of really cool flounder gigging lights for wading. Itching to go give this a try I recommend checking out Outrigger Outdoors Swamp Eye flounder gigging light. I mounted 8 to my flat bottom and they are awesome. Remote control and can be adjusted from 2000k warm (HPS equivalent) light for murky water to 6000k bright white for clear water. They run off 100 watt LEDs. They also have some good gigs. I've been very impressed with those guys and they are good people as well. As for floundering, if any of you guys are in Lockport/Aransas Pass area, give me a holler and maybe we can work something out to go gigging. Outrigger Outdoors website: www.outriggeroutdoors.com
