Any suggestions on an inexpensive place to get Mercury outboard impeller (40hp 2 stroke) replaced in Dallas?

Nope, other than getting someone to help that has done one. Manual and tools. Check youtube videos for help.

Yep, about $25 for the impeller and about an hour of labor, I quit paying $150 every year to the shops and figured out how to change them myself. It's a lot easier if you have a second set of hand though

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I will try doing it on my own. Lots of youtube videos out there that are helpful.
