Hi! I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give up some of their second tier fishing spots on lewisville or grapevine or any other lakes nearby. I recently got a fishing kayak and I don't have knowledge of any good areas to fish on lakes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Put the yak in at Twin Coves, Scotts Landing Marina, or Silverlake Marina on Lake Grapevine.. great fishing within or close by all of those areas. Good luck!

Go to Ray Roberts. Launch at Buck Creek then have a fun but stay out of the gap between the old telephone poles on the East bank because guys run down those. There some good grass up there and a ton of cover to fish. With today's weather I'd have a frog tied on for sure.

you could probably put in at the state park ramp at ray roberts then just fish that whole cove next to it, it'll keep you busy.
