I was on Lake Nac today and didn't do very good. I brought home 5 good keepers, but that is all. Two of them I caught out in the middle of nowhere chasing schools of bait fish, the others came off of brush piles. I saw Jiggerman and Ranger188 2007 out there today and wondered how they did.

later...etex

If I ain't fishing, I ain't happy.
But mostly I'm happy.
I love being retired, the check is in the mail.

Y'all better quit fishing on the weekdays!

I was finding them on deep brush and they were hanging closer to the bottom than usual. You had to be dang near touching the brush or timber you were fishing to get bit, but I was getting more fish off each pile than I had been.

I did not see you or I would have at least waved. We did not do any good, just a couple. I think Ranger 188 did fair as he shared with us. Have you retired? If so we have to fish during the week before Jacob catches them all. Jacob slow down on the local lakes. I think Alabama and Georgia are supposed to have some good crappie lakes.

It was a tough day for sure. I ended up with 12 keepers. Hard to stay on them. My bigger fish came on the west side about 100yds parallel of the house north of Lairds. 31 fow but up 26-22ft. suspended. Electric chicken.

Jacob you can get Ranger a spider rig for his walker. I am older than he is so I may need a spot lock for my walker. I think you may be fishing with a telephone. You are too young to know what that means so just saying.
