Have any of you found a sinker for a Carolina rig that will not quickly get hung when fishing in thick, chunky rocks? If so, please tell me about it.

Thanks for the reply. I have some of those finesse sinkers and use them in the grass, but had no idea they would work well in rock. Will give them a try.

They lay flat on the ground and don't dig. they also roll good on the rocks. If you hang up you can pop the line lightly and pop it off. The Bow arrow trick works well.

I don't know if they are still out there but someone used to make round weighted balls with an eyelet on it and it works very well in rocks on a C-rig. I still have some but they only have the weight stamped on them not the brand. I thought they were made by Gene Larew but im not sure about that. Maybe someone else on here remembers them. They looked like a small super ball with an eyelet sticking out of it.

I appreciate the replies. Looking through the sinkers on the Cabela's website after I posted the question, I saw the Lindy's sinker that KD mentioned as another option. I plan to try the finesse style sinker next week and the next time I place an order I will get a Lindy's sinker to also try. Thanks for the help.

I gave those lindy sinkers a try and they are really hard to lose. I am loving them so far.
