Anybody have this guy's phone number? I looked on his website but did not see a phone number. Ordered some plastics a while ago and would like an update.

I also ordered some plastics some time ago and haven't heard a thing , I sent 2 Pm's through TFF with no response , thinking about requesting a refund through my CC company

I have been dealing with Joel for many years. I will tell you he runs a small outfit, and he does take a very long time to get you your baits. But he will come thru. Sometimes a month or so, not everytime but most times you will think he is running for the hills with your money. All I can say is patients I guess.

This is the second time I have ordered from him. I'm not too worried about it, Just thought if someone had his number, I would bug him. I figure by the time I forget about it, I'll get a surprise in the mail

I always get mine, by usually takes a few emails and s good month. My stepbrother ordered some a couple years ago and never got his so he has nothing good to say about him.

All I want to know is if the product is worth the wait, because I could of went to Academy's or BPS and came home with what I wanted. I was really wanting to order from an individual to help guy out but didn't want to wait 2 months. I have been in business and worked for my self for 35 years and I still think customer service is #1. If I was going to run a sale on something I would be stocked up on the product and be ready to ship out same day or by the next business day or specify in the ad to expect up to 2 month delivery time.

I have made many orders over the years and yes they are worth the wait. I spoke with him a couple years ago over some customs and if I remember right he worked on a boat and would be gone sometimes over a month at a time. Just don't be in a hurry.

yep, takes a while, but worth the wait. He will sweeten the deal too, usually.
