Hey guys,

Im headed to Naconiche late Friday and early Saturday. Anyone have any recent luck? Have the big ones gone deep? What are they biting on?

I've been to Naconiche and Lake Nac multiple times since MLF aired and there is no more fishing traffic than there was when I lived in Nac and fished those lakes multiple times a week. The real lemming crowd is the guys whining about the increased pressure due to MLF.

OP, wish I could give you some pointers but I haven't been able to establish a solid pattern, just been junk fishing. But a Senko always works on Naconiche so if you can't figure anything else out just toss one of those around. Also, a frog around laydowns will always get you a few bites.

I was there a couple a weeks ago on a Saturday morning around 6:30, by the time I got to the lot it was full had to park in the grass. Caught a few on a fluke around the edge of the grass but the better fish came around 8-9 ft on a jig. Caution don't run the creeks there were floater in the boat lanes.

I went out late Friday and had a bite on a pad crasher. Then around 7am to 8am on Saturday I got 4 bites throwing the same frog against the bank. Not a ton of luck but still nice to get out on the water.
