Had a rod that I needed to have a guide put back on. I wanted it to look as close to factory as I could. Been meaning to get it done for a while. Had to run out to Fork yesterday to check on my place out there and took rod to drop off for repair thinking I would get it back next trip down. Walked in the shop at almost closing time and the gentleman working there was fixing a rod for another customer. Very friendly and personable. He finishes up and says he will go ahead and fix mine while I wait. Knowing it was about closing time I told him just to get to it when he had time no sense in staying over to do it as i was not fishing and did not need it yesterday. He insisted he wanted to stay and fix it. I really appreciated his time and effort. Great customer service as well. I had used them a time or two in the past and will continue to do so. Just wanted to thank Reel Time for what they do.
